I was offered a delivery day a week in advance and only needed to press a button to accept it. I was given a 3 hour time slot at 4pm the day before delivery. Declan called 20 mins beforehand to tell me they were close and followed up with text message when I couldn’t answer it; and arrived on time. Time and care taken with the order and our house when delivering.
Pete & Ryan delivered our sofas on Friday evening, they were in good spirits despite not arriving until 8.15 having been on the road since 6.30, amazing!! They kindly moved a sofa from the lounge to make way for the new ones, great guys ⭐️
Declan and Chris V did an excellent job delivering my new bed. Efficient and courteous. My neighbour let them in for me and he said how professional and top knotch they were and he is very picky! He can usually find fault with something so that is praise indeed :)

Declan and Chris were excellent. They made great efforts to keep me informed before their arrival and were cheerful and considerate when they arrived. They even asked if it was all right to come in with their shoes on. They were quick and efficient in collecting the item and diligent about taking photos and completing the paperwork. Overall a very positive experience.
Declan and Chris were great. They got in touch to let me know they were on their way and on arrival very quickly delivered my sofabed exactly where I wanted it - marvellous service.

Chris V and Will were very amenable. They were polite throughout, assessed the location they needed to deliver to and were lovely and accommodating when looking for the most suitable parking area, being aware of other road users. The location involved multiple journeys over uneven ground and they did this without complaint. Altogether a great delivery team to work with.

Guys arrived early letting me know they were nearby. They photographed all the problems and faults on the sofa then carefully and thoroughly wrapped and protected it for returning to the manufacturer. Even offered to help put other furniture back.
