Empire Delivery

Honestly, I cannot rave more about Empire as a delivery company. This team and company stand out so far above the rest. They make doing the little things seem easy and overall ensure the whole process is seamless which ultimately leaves a huge positive impression. Pete and Lumear were the loveliest team who came to pick up a delivery this time - super happy, lovely to chat to, take incredible care in your home with furniture - the communication around delivery times is great - just all in all they provided amazing service. This second delivery also proved Empire’s customer service is not a fluke - 4 delivery guys and every single one was so nice. They’ve certainly hired the right people!

Excellent service. Communication was first class throughout the process. The delivery guys were friendly and very respectful of the property. They asked to see the access route, took the sofa upstairs and placed it in situ then demonstrated how it worked. They removed their shoes, tidied away any packaging and left the room as they found it. Overall a fantastic service and I would most definitely recommend.

Great service! Chris Mason and his helper just delivered our sofa to Sandwich in Kent. They were very friendly and careful and went the extra mile for us by placing protective pads under the feet of the sofa and taking the packaging with them too. Thank you.

Great delivery service from this company. Fast delivery with updates along the way. The Empire delivery team, Chris and Mason were polite and professional in my home and made sure that my sofa was built correctly, adjusting the legs so that it was completely even, it's these small touches that make all the difference. Good communication prior to delivery day. Claudia and Declan kept in phone contact with us on the delivery day to ensure we knew exactly when they would arrive. They took excellent care with our goods and ensured we understood how to operate the equipment.

George and Pete were super friendly and helpful when delivering my furniture, they even had to take my lounge door off to fit the sofas in. They did this quickly and with no fuss at all. Really appreciate their help!

Sofa delivered and set up by Pete and Charlie. They both worked efficiently and were polite and professional, asking if they should remove shoes before entering my home and taking away all the rubbish.

Good communication- given a 3 hour window a day before and then a call 15 mins before arriving. Chris V & Lumear were very friendly and helpful - going the extra mile to take the furniture upstairs.

Quick efficient and professional guys.Sender had partly assembled product wrong and they quickly fixed.In and out in half hour tops taking packaging with them and asked about taking their shoes off as soon as they came in. Both really friendly and cheerful and had a good chat about video games,Lego and Star Wars. To the owner/The Emperor : May the Force Be With You 👍

Four stars because the original delivery went wrong. We'd paid for delivery with sofa arms removed to enable access, but they were unprepared and didn't have the tools so the item had to be returned to warehouse and schedule a redelivery. Having said that, item was redelivered within 4 days, with no problems this time

As promised, the team kept us informed of arrival times the day before the delivery and on the day of delivery, and kept to time. Both Peter and Mason were good, polite and removed their shoes on arrival. They worked quickly and checked that we were happy and left the room clean and today.

Had a great delivery of a new mattress by Chris and Lemear, very respectful of the property and the new mattress was in and on the bed in no time.
