Today I had my finals fitted. To say I am overjoyed with the end product is an understatement. From the meet n greet guys at front of house, the lovely ladies that take care of you, especially Alice and K on 2nd floor, to the very talented dental professionals who work theirs magic supported by the caring dental nurses. You guys made me feel welcome, cared for and provided a great service from my first appointment to today. Thank you, thank you, thank you. I am so happy with my new smile and very impressed with the excellent service from the DENTAPRIME team who make the treatment affordable for us average folk. Big shout out to Ivan the incredible!! A very friendly experience right from crossing the doorstep. Alice as part of the friendly reception crew. She did brilliantly at putting the clients at ease. As for the surgical staff they too were excellent in always informing me of what was going on. Considering what I had done it, it was all in all a good day. Highly recommended. ***************DO NOT USE**************** Take your money and communication is so so bad. They do not come back to you unless you state you are not going ahead. I paid the initial consultation fee and went to see them. I was asked on the day if I wished to go ahead where I needed time to think about it. Also the initial cost before the consultation was £7500 which ended up being near 10k or 15k for the better product. A day went by and they are on the phone asking what I want to do so I say yes and they want another £299.00 which I paid. I was then sent a contract and a health check letter. Before signing the contract I contacted them time after time again over a month with nothing coming back though promised time & time again of dates. I am not going to sign a contract without confirmed dates as this needs to arranged with time off work and booking the hotel. There excuse for no refund - I have not sent the health check letter ????? Though they have took £299.00 and sent a contract beforehand, you could not make it up. ******This isn’t going away Dentaprime******* Update:03/07/24 Dentaprime - Thank you for informing me of my part refund though I have not checked this yet. Just to clarify I have no objection of cost with dentaprime where my personal quotation was near to £15,000 which I agreed to have done hence why I paid the £299.00 to get myself booked in and the treatment started. At no point after many many times contacting Dentaprime was I given dates or I was simply given lame excuses. We understand people & businesses can be busy but not getting in touch with your customers who like me were going to spend £15,000 you at least expect good service from the start. It is a great shame as your clinic & staff were very nice.
