A very friendly experience right from…

A very friendly experience right from crossing the doorstep. Alice as part of the friendly reception crew. She did brilliantly at putting the clients at ease. As for the surgical staff they too were excellent in always informing me of what was going on. Considering what I had done it, it was all in all a good day. Highly recommended.
