I got to do a wonderful implant

I've only got as far as speaking to them on the phone in I found them to be very specific about treatments and very keen to answers my questions up to now found them great,will let you know how it go's when my treatment begins I'm feeling quite positive so far.

Breach of contract surrounding cancellations policy June 2024 Dentaprime staff poor and questionably incompetent at handling the complaint. They are not a member of the ADR scheme complaints are not acknowledge correctly and company refuses to accept responsibility for what may be termed as money spinning. To date action fraud, the bank, ICO citizens advice and myself are challenging them. So refund agreed however scam remains so unresolved! Lack of response to complaint, a fight to get money back. Take care they are very persuasive and forceful

No waiting, Dr Ivan explained what was being done, really good.

They cancelled my surgery in April because of an allergy that I don't have any symptoms of and I have been due to get a refund of my deposit since the 20th of June, when the clinic confirmed they had gotten my bank account details. The lady I spoke to said they had 14 days to transfer me the money, 22 days and God knows how many phonecalls later I still haven't got it back from them. It is being "processed" by another department
