Originally got my top and bottom bridges on the 26/02/2024 What can I say just over 5 months in decided on the pma bridges was given a 3 year shelf life or so I thought followed everything to the letter care program / hygiene I’m now in a situation where I’m basically being told my original bridges have no warranty and I have to pay out another £5.5k to get the zirconium upgrades wish I’d kept my dentures they were bullet proof don’t get me wrong up until now the service was impeccable but the customer service/ aftercare is horrendous if you not purchasing anything there not interested ! Brett The diddnt even last 6 months so how would I make it to the first check up I’m coming tomorrow so you can fit my original temporary teeth and you have charged me to do this minus £3100 so far for a product that lasts 5 years !! Joke ?) Can somebody tell me why there charging 3k for a product that lasts less that 6 months should last 3-5 years ??

Dentaprime were brilliant when I had my implants done and the price was great. Now, I have a medical issue that is preventing me from going to London for my 6 monthly check up. I have been to a dentist in Sheffield for my check up but I also need some replacement clips for my lower denture which is loose and comes out when I am talking and eating. I have asked if they would send the parts to my dentist, I will happily pay for them, but Dentaprime are refusing point blank to send them out. So whilst they are great for the original work, they are really poor with their aftercare once they have had your money so please ask about aftercare if you live any distance from London and find it difficult to get to the clinic. Also, on several occasions when I have been down they have moved the time of my appointment which meant that I missed my train home and had to pay for another ticket even though I had left plenty of time after my appointment time to get across London for my return train! On one occasion, my husband's train was just getting into London Kings Cross when he got a call from Dentaprime to say his appointment had been cancelled! They are particularly bad when it comes to after care and appointments!
