I wasn't even going to waste my time writing any review for this company but after reading some of their reviews I felt I had to. My husband and I came for a consultation in June 2024. After several phone calls confirming the price at £6999. Asked several times if there were extra costs or hidden extras and was reassured that this was our final price and it would definately not be anymore. With this in mind and it being on par with the same cost as abroad we decided to go ahead. Paid the £99 consultation fee. Booked the day off work. Very excited travelled to London. Got there all good had all our scans etc. Then comes the meeting about the cost. Right here goes. Firstly forget the absolute rubbish they tell you the cost will be £6999. Me and my husband both went in together to sort our costing. Straight away I was told I would need bone graft so that would be extra cost which was fine. They then told my husband his was easy straight forward as he had good bone and no other problems. Which was great. Then they tell you they only give you think they were called PMA dentures which are basically plastic dentures that last for up to 2 years. Then you have to pay another 5k for Zirconiums. On another review iv just read the guy was told the PMA teeth last 5 years so which one is it Dentaprime 2 or 5 years. So by the time they had added on my bone grafting and other costs that they said were not there and the Zirconiums my final quote was 15K. That's along way from the £6999 I was promised.Then we get to my husbands quote. It gets better. Straight away I noticed on the breakdown they had added £1250 for bone graft. I immediately questioned this as we were told earlier he didn't need a bone graft. The man got quite angry as I wouldn't let this go. He left the room for 20 minutes to go and speak to the guy who had told us he didn't need any extra treatment who came back in the room saying we have added it JUST IN CASE. What an absolute joke. I had to leave the room at this point and take a breather as I was fuming. So said I needed some air and gather my thoughts and get my head round it all. They told me if we left the room our meeting wouldn't be able to resume as the time slots were all booked. I said so be it and walked out. My husband and I went and sat outside and had a chat. Within 5 minutes they were calling me telling us to come back in and they could sort it all out after being told we wouldn't be able to resume. We went back in and yes I know we should have walked away but we were both desperate to have nice teeth and was adamant we didn't want to go abroad. So we went back in and they talked us into signing for the treatment. They are very pushy and good at convincing you. They assured us that if my husband didn't need the bone graft he wouldn't be charged. Don't believe that for 1 minute. But stupidly we signed and paid £299 deposit and left. The small print is many many pages long impossible to read on a computer screen. Our appointment was on a Friday. All weekend I kept thinking we had made a mistake. So a few days later I called to cancel our treatment and ask for our deposit back believing I was well with in our 14 days cooling off period. Only to be told the cooling off period was only 72 hours and had passed. ( which was stated in the small print) So they gave me my deposit back but refused to give my husband his. So we lost it. This company treats people terrible and I would not recommend it to anyone. We have since gone abroad for all on 6 implants and are halfway through our treatment and have had an amazing experience. One star is too good for this company

I am so annoyed with the service from this team and denta prime. I was seen on a Friday afternoon and was unaware the appointment would take as long as it did. I was promised that the feedback would be given to me and I will get a call on Monday. This was a lie . I have been left with a painful tooth and it is now day six. I have called dental prime daily and been told they are still putting together a treatment plan. This is so annoying so disgraceful. I have never experienced this at a dental practice as you get a plan same day. Such a waste of my time especially as I travelled all the way to London to do this. I am so annoyed I really feel so disappointed and lied to by these people. I am trying to formally complain. Looks like there is no complaints procedure

I'm very happy with my treatment I had at the clinic. I would like to say thank to all my doctors and the team.
