SERVICE IS TRASH!
Signed up for delivery.com, ordered food and got NOTHING. They charged my card, but i never received my order. The kicker is that I WAS NOT NOTIFIED by anyone that my food was not coming, even though i received a message saying my food was being prepped and will take 45-50 mins. I waited over an hr and a half. Finally get a rep on chat (there is no way to speak with an actual person unless you're a provider) im told the place was not answering their phone. I asked why did you not reach out to make me aware that I was not going to receive what I purchased. I was then told they don't reach out or report any problem until the customer reports it first. Due to this I missed out on my lunch break opportunity and went from 8:30am- 7:30 pm not eating anything. They captured my $$ and literally did not deliver. I was told i would have to wait 4-5 bus days for a refund, i told them no effing way, they need to just dispute/ cancel the transaction since it was just placed an hr and half ago. Why the heck would i need to wait to receive a refund when an order was placed less than 24hrs. On top of that, after all is said and done, I receive an email from Delivery.com saying MY ACCOUNT has been Flagged for fraud! Does that make sense to any of you? because it doesn't make sense to me. Below i've copied and pasted the email that was sent to me.
