Kyle was a great help with a delivery problem. I had ordered a meal from Red Lobster and it never came. The manager at Red Lobster informed me that I was not the only customer who had trouble with delivery.com. I wrote to company to complain, disputed transaction with my bank, especially when your company double billed my credit card!! Kyle was able to resolve the issue and is crediting my account. However, since this is not the first time I have had a similar problem with delivery, I will NEVER use your company again!! But Kyle was very patient and very helpful.

Brooklyn, NY - the app closed out after I completed my first purchase. I waited 30 min before reordering just incase the vendor received my first order. I placed a second order and called your Help Desk to confirm I wasn’t double ordering. The attendant on the phone service was wonderful. They confirmed that my first order didn’t process. I’ve had this happen before with the app when it shuts down after placing a re-order.
Kyle not only was helpful in resolving my issue, but made himself available when I called back so he could speak to the right person at the merchant location. Great employee, and great customer service rep!

Called today to track down a receipt for my boss who placed a food order on Delivery.com a while ago. Figo was extremely helpful and was able to find the receipt no problem and immediately sent it over. Super helpful!!

The representative was great on fixing an order that was cancelled by the merchant, however, this has happened more times than I can count , it's pretty annoying. Thanks to the rep for their help and assistance at least on getting my money returned to me .
