WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE
Worst customer service ever, spoke with Chantel and she just kept giving me automated responses. When the issue was something so small she just didn't bother actually listening. It was the most frustrating experience I have ever had and I actually work in customer service. I even asked to be transferred to someone else since she was just repeating her self over and over and didn't care about my concerns. More worried about her being right. When i asked to be transferred she she put me on hold for over 5 minutes and never transferred me. Then when everything was done she closed the chat before I could even answer. I will most likely go elsewhere for services like this as there are plenty of other companies that offer this. Shame since its easy to use but their customer service just makes the whole experience lackluster.
