Awful
Ordered Denny's through them, driver kept getting lost. When he comes, my order is completely wrong. I give him the food back and call Denny's and they have no records of my order. Doesn't make sense because I have receipts as well as confirmation emails and text messages. Then I call delivery.com and just ask for them to resend my order. I'm at work and it was supposed to be my lunch. After being on hold for a long time, I am told that it is not possible for them to resend my order.
