Should’ve seen it coming
Orders are always wrong. These same restaurants ALWAYS follow the order notes through other delivery services, but sometimes those are closed. Delivery is consistently 2+ hours, and their ‘customer support’ does nothing but tell you the information you can find in the order tracking screen. What really gets me is that the service that was acquired in my town that became delivery.com was so great. Great order times, great communication. If your order is wrong they do what they can to make it right. A tale as old as time. A corporate entity comes in and kills competition while lowering quality of service
