Great customer service

Martin was friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. I was able to book easily and quickly. When I phoned back with a query he responded within minutes and sorted it.

Honest, friendly and pleasant company.

David was my booking agent. He was helpful and clear. Quick to bring up information and to answer any queries. He ensured I had the best price for my cruise to Norway. I have always used cruise 1st for booking my trips and will continue to do so in the future. A pleasant and honest company.

Very Disappointed...

First of all I should say that the guy we booked our cruise with (Nick) was very good in terms of dealing with our booking however, what has followed in the three days following has been poor to say the least and we are now sorry we booked. We have booked our first ever cruise after talking about it for years with P&O Arvia and premium seating on the flights so that we have adequate legroom. Subsequently we now find out that P&O are changing their flight arrangements and premium seats are not an option on this new carrier...so false advertising. Tried to get our money back but been told its gone to P&O so we cant have any money back. Appauling, and very disappointed in this response.

Great Price and Superb Service

Importantly the pricing of our cruise was very competitive, but the stand out feature was how responsive and effective Nick was in sorting out all aspects of the booking, both on the phone and by mail the whole experience was first class, highly recommend.

Poor transfers and disappointing cruise

Booked transfers with you and they were all wrong times. Hotel checkout was 3 hours earlier than transfer. Cruise disembark was at 9 and pick up to airport was 3 hours later. Getting us to airport at midday for a 11.15pm flight! Stuck in T2 Barcelona unable to check in bags until 9.15pm so over 9 hours hanging about in cafe before bag drop. Tried to rearrange taxi but they couldn’t be diverted or come earlier so we could go into city. Cruise was poor in respect of stops- Genoa on a Sunday when everything is closed, Naples there at 6.30am till 2pm so poor times as things closed till 10. Ship was full of really rude Italians. Very few other nationalities and those we spoke to complained of same issues. Smoking everywhere on ship despite advertised rules. Staff ignored bad behaviour including men using ladies toilet. I am truly disgusted and disappointed. We have booked several times with yourselves. Used celebrity and princesses lines and others and never had bad experience like this. Never had transfer times and flights so out of sinc. Extremely disappointed at the experience to the point we have Japan cruise booked with yourselves with celebrity in October 2024 and considering cancelling at this point.

Avoid this company at all costs

Avoid this company at all costs. Booked our first cruise with them was very helpful booking and taking the money. The girl that I booked with left the company and when problems hit nobody wanted to help. I asked to speak to a manager on several occasions and I was told they are too busy to ring me back. I apologise to this company £15,000 spent on a holiday is not enough money to get a manager to spend five minutes calling me back to sort out simple problems. I wrote into the managing director, expressing my concerns and unhappiness and did not even get a reply from them. I did speak to a lady in customer service called Lesley and she was helpful and a credit to the company. However the management are disgracefull. I cannot express enough not to book with this company. If things go right, they are great. If you have a simple problem, they don’t want to know you happy to take money but not give any customer service.

Brilliant experience

The booking experience has been totally flawless..Mary Isaacs who has helped us through the process has been amazing day or night if i have had any questions she has always got back to me very quickly...definitely use this company again..not our first cruise but without a doubt the best booking experience we have had..thank you again Mary...
