Just a big thank you
Just a big thank you, to: - Emma Short who originally set up a customised package for my wife and me including a New York Stay and cruise to Bermuda and later (when my wife and I were able to confirm it) - Mikey Kyriakou who was able to complete the transaction confirmed cabin details and promptly sent all relevant information. Both very polite, helpful and efficient.

Poor after sales service
Booked a cruise in August 2023 for 8 which now needs to be changed. Sent an email and still waiting 2 weeks later for a reply. I called customer services and was told I may need to wait a month!!!!! What type of business is this when you need to wait a month for a reply. Spoke to a person called Kelvin who refused to give me his surname. According to him he is the only Kelvin in the company! I originally booked the cruise with Martin Bowe, service was faultless because he wanted a sale and commission. I say this because once he got his sale his service disappeared. I have sent him emails and called him for help but he has ignored everything. After this experience I will NEVER book with this company again. Back to Planet Cruise for me. You spend over 13k and this is what you get for it.

Good service, Booked a transatlantic cruise with extra stay in Las Vegas, they didn't say that we would have to pay for transport to the airports and luggage which has add extra costs.
