Disappointed

We were all very happy with the service we had when booking our cruise, and any time we needed to talk to anyone they were all very friendly, what we didnt like was the wait on our flight details we never heard anything untill i phoned and that when the flights when emailed accross, the flight that we were given did not take into account the wait times in different airports also when we were to arrive in london we could not get a flight home to belfast, so to go on a relaxing cruise flights were not suitable at all taking in to account we needed to get home to belfast, it ended up we had to pay an extra £1770 pounds extra to get flights that we wouldnt be to tired, we all just feel sad that a holiday that we were all looking forward to so much to relax and injoy ended up costing more that we expected and we feel that your flight department never checked were people needed to get to and home i feel they just give us the cheapest flight they could get us and they didnt care we had a over an 8 hour wait on a second flight to london after a long flight from singapore after midnight, we would have been out of our hotel at 10/11 flight wasnt untill after midnight and than another 8 hour wait, do our relaxing cruise ended up an nightmare just very disappointed

Good customer service.

Gavin dealt with my query quickly and efficiently and a very nice guy. On a downside the customer helplines finishing at 4 and not being open on a weekend are not very helpful.
