Avoid this company at all costs

Avoid this company at all costs. Booked our first cruise with them was very helpful booking and taking the money. The girl that I booked with left the company and when problems hit nobody wanted to help. I asked to speak to a manager on several occasions and I was told they are too busy to ring me back. I apologise to this company £15,000 spent on a holiday is not enough money to get a manager to spend five minutes calling me back to sort out simple problems. I wrote into the managing director, expressing my concerns and unhappiness and did not even get a reply from them. I did speak to a lady in customer service called Lesley and she was helpful and a credit to the company. However the management are disgracefull. I cannot express enough not to book with this company. If things go right, they are great. If you have a simple problem, they don’t want to know you happy to take money but not give any customer service.
