I was able to find my perfect first home, highly recommend Charters if you’re looking for a property to rent or buy!!
Was super anxious going into this process, but Holly has been wonderful! She’s attentive and knowledgeable, and has been there for every question I’ve had responding personally and quickly.
We received excellent, attentive and friendly service from the Gosport branch - and good recommendations for possible properties. We were shown around several properties by Maya Jorgensen, who was friendly and kind as well as professional!
It was a pleasure to have Maya helping us with our search for a new home. She was always helpful and engaging, nothing was too much trouble.

We have just sold our house through Charters and also bought our next house. Mark Dryhurst was the lead agent and was very receptive and supportive. Emails were always answered and phone calls always returned by Mark and the rest of the team. I have had a great experience with Charters. Being a first time buyer I was extremely nervous and Kerry has been particularly helpful. She has been so kind and supportive and answered all my questions. Charters:Andy Jerram and Sophie Pickering - I had a great experience with Charters as I called today and spoke to Andy, who was very helpful and understood my situation in finding a rental property with short notice. He was proactive and worked diligently with his colleague, Sophie, who showed me the property on the same day and she was very knowledgeable and helpful as well. I called Andy afterwards to put in my offer and he sent me the form and confirmed his receipt of this after I completed and returned it to him. I'm very grateful for these 2 hardworking and friendly agents to help me secure the rental properly. Hoping that I get it now! *fingers crossed*
