I was trying to find a property for my first rental, and moving as far as from the north west to the south coast my experience with Charters, in particular estate agent Lily, made this stress free and easy. I was able to find my perfect first home, highly recommend Charters if you’re looking for a property to rent or buy!!
Was super anxious going into this process, but Holly has been wonderful! She’s attentive and knowledgeable, and has been there for every question I’ve had responding personally and quickly.
We received excellent, attentive and friendly service from the Gosport branch - and good recommendations for possible properties. We were shown around several properties by Maya Jorgensen, who was friendly and kind as well as professional!
It was a pleasure to have Maya helping us with our search for a new home. She was always helpful and engaging, nothing was too much trouble.

Thoroughly recommend Kirstie in the Farnham branch - she’s helpful, responsive and lovely to work with. We put an offer on a property which didn’t work out but Kirstie assured us that she would find something else for us - within two weeks of this, she had come to us with another property and we have had our offer accepted! Amazing service!

I recently helped my brothers buy a house and have been dealing with Lisa Robert’s. We had a few issues which I put forward to Lisa. She understood and dealt with everything with empathy and professionalism. Lisa was both active with emailing us and phoning to keep us updated. She has always been warm and friendly to deal with over the phone. We also faced an issue which was unresolved after the sale had gone through and yet Lisa dealt with the issue extremely quickly for us. I cannot praise and thank Lisa enough with this.
