Charters:Andy Jerram and Sophie Pickering - I had a great experience with Charters as I called today and spoke to Andy, who was very helpful and understood my situation in finding a rental property with short notice. He was proactive and worked diligently with his colleague, Sophie, who showed me the property on the same day and she was very knowledgeable and helpful as well. I called Andy afterwards to put in my offer and he sent me the form and confirmed his receipt of this after I completed and returned it to him. I'm very grateful for these 2 hardworking and friendly agents to help me secure the rental properly. Hoping that I get it now! *fingers crossed*
