I was able to find my perfect first home, highly recommend Charters if you’re looking for a property to rent or buy!!
Was super anxious going into this process, but Holly has been wonderful! She’s attentive and knowledgeable, and has been there for every question I’ve had responding personally and quickly.
We received excellent, attentive and friendly service from the Gosport branch - and good recommendations for possible properties. We were shown around several properties by Maya Jorgensen, who was friendly and kind as well as professional!

We recently let our property in Hampshire on a fully managed service, with our letting agents being Jacqui and Kirstie from the Farnham office. From initial call to tenant being in the property was only around 3-4 weeks. As first time landlords, Kirstie and Jacqui were both extremely helpful, giving guidance and flexibility where needed. The reason for a 4* not 5* is that the marketing materials needed a fair amount of change. Since the tenant moved in, we've had a few issues which haven't been dealt with quickly and communication with our property manager could be better. We also expected our property manager to be local to the property, but she's based at a branch quite far from the property which seems strange.Hopefully these are just teething issues.

We recently purchased a home through Charters, and Stephen Henry was our Sales Progressor. I can confidently say that he did an outstanding job throughout the entire buying process.
