I was trying to find a property for my first rental, and moving as far as from the north west to the south coast my experience with Charters, in particular estate agent Lily, made this stress free and easy. I was able to find my perfect first home, highly recommend Charters if you’re looking for a property to rent or buy!!
Was super anxious going into this process, but Holly has been wonderful! She’s attentive and knowledgeable, and has been there for every question I’ve had responding personally and quickly.
We received excellent, attentive and friendly service from the Gosport branch - and good recommendations for possible properties. We were shown around several properties by Maya Jorgensen, who was friendly and kind as well as professional!
It was a pleasure to have Maya helping us with our search for a new home. She was always helpful and engaging, nothing was too much trouble.

Charters is without a doubt the best letting agency I ve used. Whether you're a landlord or a tenant, you can trust them to go above and beyond to support you. Staff are very professional and passionate. Sophie from the Southampton office especially is super nice and helpful. She always gets back to you very quickly and puts herself in your shoes to find the best solution for you. I will definitely choose Charters again if I am renting or buying in the future.

Elle made selling our house as stress free as can be! Charters had continuous viewings whilst it was on the market and when we got an offer it proceeded nicely. We also found our new house through charters and it was made as easy as possible.
