I was trying to find a property for my first rental, and moving as far as from the north west to the south coast my experience with Charters, in particular estate agent Lily, made this stress free and easy. I was able to find my perfect first home, highly recommend Charters if you’re looking for a property to rent or buy!!
Was super anxious going into this process, but Holly has been wonderful! She’s attentive and knowledgeable, and has been there for every question I’ve had responding personally and quickly.
We received excellent, attentive and friendly service from the Gosport branch - and good recommendations for possible properties. We were shown around several properties by Maya Jorgensen, who was friendly and kind as well as professional!
It was a pleasure to have Maya helping us with our search for a new home. She was always helpful and engaging, nothing was too much trouble.

Excellent service from Charters in Chandlers Ford. Their flat fee was actually slightly cheaper than other quotes and their sales progression team - mainly Lisa - kept pushing to get us into the new house. The agents in the office were excellent throughout the whole process of selling ans buying. Strong communication by all.

Lovely staff, the team were great on phone and in person. Specifically Sophie Pickering who I spoke to on the phone and in person. She's helped me pick out a flat that suited me perfectly and started the process for me. Would definitely recommend.
