I was trying to find a property for my first rental, and moving as far as from the north west to the south coast my experience with Charters, in particular estate agent Lily, made this stress free and easy. I was able to find my perfect first home, highly recommend Charters if youβre looking for a property to rent or buy!!
Was super anxious going into this process, but Holly has been wonderful! Sheβs attentive and knowledgeable, and has been there for every question Iβve had responding personally and quickly.
We received excellent, attentive and friendly service from the Gosport branch - and good recommendations for possible properties. We were shown around several properties by Maya Jorgensen, who was friendly and kind as well as professional!

The team I've dealt with at the Park Gate have been great so far and I've no reason to think anything will change. Storme, Sophia and Jason stood out for me, and the photographer was very accommodating. Brochure looks good and get the feeling the team are proactive to achieve a sale for me

We had such a smooth and painless process with Charters and specifically Sarah. She arranged several viewings for one day, drove us to each location and was very knowledgeable about each of them, before we submitted an offer within 3 hours. By the next day all documentation was submitted (with Sarah's help) and we are looking forward to our new property adventure. We will most definitely be reaching out to Sarah the next time we are looking for change of locations. She was fantastic!

We just wanted to say a huge thank you to Dan, Victoria and Tom at Charters Romsey for all their help, support, knowledge and care in the search to find our new home. Although we didnβt end up being able to complete on the house we wanted due to a break in our chain, the team did everything they could initially to help us keep it and when it sadly fell through they actively helped us find other suitable properties. We cannot thank them enough for everything they have done for us. They made what was initially a disappointing time a lot easier.
