We had such a smooth and painless process with Charters and specifically Sarah. She arranged several viewings for one day, drove us to each location and was very knowledgeable about each of them, before we submitted an offer within 3 hours. By the next day all documentation was submitted (with Sarah's help) and we are looking forward to our new property adventure.
