I was trying to find a property for my first rental, and moving as far as from the north west to the south coast my experience with Charters, in particular estate agent Lily, made this stress free and easy. I was able to find my perfect first home, highly recommend Charters if you’re looking for a property to rent or buy!!
Was super anxious going into this process, but Holly has been wonderful! She’s attentive and knowledgeable, and has been there for every question I’ve had responding personally and quickly.
We received excellent, attentive and friendly service from the Gosport branch - and good recommendations for possible properties. We were shown around several properties by Maya Jorgensen, who was friendly and kind as well as professional!
It was a pleasure to have Maya helping us with our search for a new home. She was always helpful and engaging, nothing was too much trouble.

Our experience with Charters Winchester has been great from start to finish! Sarah quickly understood exactly what we were looking for in a property and was able to get us booked into a viewing before the property had even gone live, which we were able to secure :) we’re over the moon and so grateful for the service we received!

We have been dealing with Luke and the team at Chandlers Ford. From the advert for our house going live on the website to getting an offer took less than a week! Although we are still going through the process, Luke has been proactive and kept in touch. So far so good!

It was such a pleasure to deal with competence and class at Charters, Southampton. Phil Northover was excellent, he valued the house and it sold for exactly what he said it was worth. When we reported an issue, they were quick to respond and resolve it, and we appreciate how they followed up to ensure everything was still going well afterwards. Their attention to detail and efficient process management have made things run smoothly. A big thank you to our property manager in the Southampton branch, Helen Nicol, for overseeing everything so well. She’s been helpful and reliable throughout, making sure everything was coordinated perfectly. We’d also like to mention the great work done by the contractors, Andy and Aaron, who replaced our windows and doors. They worked efficiently, leaving the place clean and tidy.
