I was trying to find a property for my first rental, and moving as far as from the north west to the south coast my experience with Charters, in particular estate agent Lily, made this stress free and easy. I was able to find my perfect first home, highly recommend Charters if you’re looking for a property to rent or buy!!
Was super anxious going into this process, but Holly has been wonderful! She’s attentive and knowledgeable, and has been there for every question I’ve had responding personally and quickly.
We received excellent, attentive and friendly service from the Gosport branch - and good recommendations for possible properties. We were shown around several properties by Maya Jorgensen, who was friendly and kind as well as professional!
It was a pleasure to have Maya helping us with our search for a new home. She was always helpful and engaging, nothing was too much trouble.

Recently used Charters for a rental property in Winchester and can't say enough good things about them! Ash Lovell in particular was an absolute pleasure to work with (as was Gary, though Ash was my main point of contact); really kind and super professional, quick to respond to any queries. Charters at Park Gate have been very helpful in keeping me appraised of all the latest properties coming to market in my preferred catchment area. Tilly Orsmand especially has been very pro active on the phone letting me know of properties and booking viewings for me,sometimes before the marketing portfolio for a property has been completed. Every member of staff we had dealings with were so friendly and polite. Even when we realised we had made a mistake in putting our property on the market before we had found the right home Dan was so understanding. We now realise that when we downsize it will be when we find the right property that’s when we will put our house on the market, I know that’s not what most estate agents recommend but as we have a lovely home and don’t have to move unless we find a property we love, we are not going to put ourselves in a position of getting a buyer for our house and then being almost forced into making too many compromises on a property that isn’t right. When we do find something and put our property on the market we will come back to Charters, because they deserve our custom.

Team at Charters in Romsey were excellent - pro active, considerate and dynamic in their attempts to sell our house with lots of viewings!. There was regular communication and a sense of care from the team in Romsey. The reality was that I had dual agency and the other agent sold my property in the end. The key point of this review regardless of my result is …….would I recommend Charters in Romsey - absolutely…. Jonny, Dan and the rest of the team are a credit to the brand!
