I was trying to find a property for my first rental, and moving as far as from the north west to the south coast my experience with Charters, in particular estate agent Lily, made this stress free and easy. I was able to find my perfect first home, highly recommend Charters if you’re looking for a property to rent or buy!!
Was super anxious going into this process, but Holly has been wonderful! She’s attentive and knowledgeable, and has been there for every question I’ve had responding personally and quickly.
We received excellent, attentive and friendly service from the Gosport branch - and good recommendations for possible properties. We were shown around several properties by Maya Jorgensen, who was friendly and kind as well as professional!
It was a pleasure to have Maya helping us with our search for a new home. She was always helpful and engaging, nothing was too much trouble.

I recently rented a flat through Charters and had an excellent experience from start to finish. The process was smooth, professional, and completely stress-free. The flat was exactly as described – clean, well-maintained, and in a great location. A huge thank you to Sarah and Michael for their outstanding support. Sarah was incredibly responsive and guided me through every step, while Michael ensured all the details were handled perfectly. For ten years Charters have managed our property, sorting any maintenance work & quotes for jobs that that needed to be done. Plus collecting rent from tenants and dealing with any complaints. We live over 150 miles away from our property but they made it easy to vet any new tenants. Stephen Henry employed by charters has been our main correspondence over 7 years among a few others who were also great. Stuart and I have never met him just emails and telephone calls but such a friendly professional ear. We would like to thank the company for ten years of wonderful service to our selves & property.
