Charters Ten years of stress free service
For ten years Charters have managed our property, sorting any maintenance work & quotes for jobs that that needed to be done. Plus collecting rent from tenants and dealing with any complaints. We live over 150 miles away from our property but they made it easy to vet any new tenants. Stephen Henry employed by charters has been our main correspondence over 7 years among a few others who were also great. Stuart and I have never met him just emails and telephone calls but such a friendly professional ear. We would like to thank the company for ten years of wonderful service to our selves & property.
