I was trying to find a property for my first rental, and moving as far as from the north west to the south coast my experience with Charters, in particular estate agent Lily, made this stress free and easy. I was able to find my perfect first home, highly recommend Charters if you’re looking for a property to rent or buy!!
Was super anxious going into this process, but Holly has been wonderful! She’s attentive and knowledgeable, and has been there for every question I’ve had responding personally and quickly.
We received excellent, attentive and friendly service from the Gosport branch - and good recommendations for possible properties. We were shown around several properties by Maya Jorgensen, who was friendly and kind as well as professional!
It was a pleasure to have Maya helping us with our search for a new home. She was always helpful and engaging, nothing was too much trouble.

After the lettings agency with whom I rented the property 10 years ago has been bought by Charters, I had 3 issues consecutively in the span of 2 weeks. A big shout out to Niamh Clouston who has been incredibly helpful and sorted everything out within days of reporting. For context, the previous agency managing the property I'm still living in took months and years to get anything done.

This was the first time I had used Charters to re-let my flat, although I had known Kirstie for many years. The marketing of the property was very good and within a couple of days I had many viewings. Jacqui and Kirstie kept me informed of everybody who viewed the property and any feedback. To my amazement, a week after the first viewing it was re-let. All the paperwork was dealt with very efficiently and there were no delays. Jacqui and Kirstie could not have done more to re-let this property on my behalf. I would have no hesitation in recommending Charters and would certainly use them again.

Just want to shout out the fantastic service we received from Sophie. As first time buyers we felt a little overwhelmed with the whole home buying process and although we did end up finding our property through another estate agent, Sophie was there to support us from the very start of our journey.
