I am aware that you worked on Saturday, purely and simply in order to dedicate to the 2 viewings on my behalf ..... and I know you don't work Saturdays!! I can't thank you enough. I asked for you specifically as things were getting a bit 'sluggish' in terms of securing a buyer, but from the start of this process it has been evident that you truly care, and although Team Charters are *all* amazing, your positivity and cheeriness - but with appropriate professionalism - stands out.
