I was able to find my perfect first home, highly recommend Charters if you’re looking for a property to rent or buy!!
Was super anxious going into this process, but Holly has been wonderful! She’s attentive and knowledgeable, and has been there for every question I’ve had responding personally and quickly.
We received excellent, attentive and friendly service from the Gosport branch - and good recommendations for possible properties. We were shown around several properties by Maya Jorgensen, who was friendly and kind as well as professional!

Charters Winchester and especially Amy, were brilliant since the start, valued the house sensibly, kept in touch weekly to update on the market conditions, contacted me immediately after a viewing to update me. Following a very good experience of selling a relative’s house in 2023, we returned to this company in 2024 to sell our own property. Phil from the Southampton office, listened to our requirements and provided a good valuation. On both occasions, he instructed his team to proactively link us up with suitable buyers who were ready to proceed. The 2022 transaction took place in a remarkable 7 weeks. The 2024/5 transaction took a little longer but this was due to the buyer solicitor issues. Lisa, a member of the sales progression team in Southampton did her best to liaise with the buyers and keep us informed.
