I was trying to find a property for my first rental, and moving as far as from the north west to the south coast my experience with Charters, in particular estate agent Lily, made this stress free and easy. I was able to find my perfect first home, highly recommend Charters if you’re looking for a property to rent or buy!!
Was super anxious going into this process, but Holly has been wonderful! She’s attentive and knowledgeable, and has been there for every question I’ve had responding personally and quickly.
We received excellent, attentive and friendly service from the Gosport branch - and good recommendations for possible properties. We were shown around several properties by Maya Jorgensen, who was friendly and kind as well as professional!
It was a pleasure to have Maya helping us with our search for a new home. She was always helpful and engaging, nothing was too much trouble.

Chloe has been amazing throughout the process of buying and selling. She has offered helpful and honest advice, been great at communicating with us and really listened to what we want and need. I would highly recommend Charters and will be using them again next time we look to move.

Lily has been extremely helpful and professional throughout and has gone above and beyond due to our slightly different circumstances, keep us updated every step of the way. Charters Winchester and Jo in Southampton have been exceptional from start to finish. We were trying to sell our house in central Winchester in a very challenging buyers market (Summer 2024). Despite losing our original buyer due to mortgage issues, they managed to re-sell the house within a week at the price we wanted, meaning we didn’t lose our offer on our forever house. We’ve always had full confidence in the whole team. Their professionalism and communication with us both throughout was completely faultless. We are certainly not planning on moving again but if we ever had to we would definitely use Charters. Thank you all so very much!
