Charters Winchester
Charters Winchester and Jo in Southampton have been exceptional from start to finish. We were trying to sell our house in central Winchester in a very challenging buyers market (Summer 2024). Despite losing our original buyer due to mortgage issues, they managed to re-sell the house within a week at the price we wanted, meaning we didn’t lose our offer on our forever house. We’ve always had full confidence in the whole team. Their professionalism and communication with us both throughout was completely faultless. We are certainly not planning on moving again but if we ever had to we would definitely use Charters. Thank you all so very much!
