I was trying to find a property for my first rental, and moving as far as from the north west to the south coast my experience with Charters, in particular estate agent Lily, made this stress free and easy. I was able to find my perfect first home, highly recommend Charters if you’re looking for a property to rent or buy!!
Was super anxious going into this process, but Holly has been wonderful! She’s attentive and knowledgeable, and has been there for every question I’ve had responding personally and quickly.
We received excellent, attentive and friendly service from the Gosport branch - and good recommendations for possible properties. We were shown around several properties by Maya Jorgensen, who was friendly and kind as well as professional!
It was a pleasure to have Maya helping us with our search for a new home. She was always helpful and engaging, nothing was too much trouble.

Louise based at the Gosport office was exceptional in keeping us informed of the somewhat laboured progress to complete our flat sale. For reasons best known to the mortgage company, they recommended to the purchasers' the solicitors to use. To say that these solicitors worked at snails pace would insult the snails. The buyers wanted completion by the end of March; unsurprisingly their solicitors failed to meet this deadline. Despite all the constant prodding to and fro, Louise was always helpful, always friendly and went above and beyond to keep us in the loop. Many thanks.

Every chain needs a Jo Goddard! Without Jo’s persistence with our tricky chain I don’t believe we would have made it. Excellent customer interaction and service during the purchase of my property. Unfailingly professional and cheerful advice. Communication exceptionally regular and reliable at every stage. There is a real, supportive and positive sense of wanting to accomplish for the customer. I would not hesitate to use Charters as an agent for sale or purchase.
