I was trying to find a property for my first rental, and moving as far as from the north west to the south coast my experience with Charters, in particular estate agent Lily, made this stress free and easy. I was able to find my perfect first home, highly recommend Charters if you’re looking for a property to rent or buy!!
Was super anxious going into this process, but Holly has been wonderful! She’s attentive and knowledgeable, and has been there for every question I’ve had responding personally and quickly.
We received excellent, attentive and friendly service from the Gosport branch - and good recommendations for possible properties. We were shown around several properties by Maya Jorgensen, who was friendly and kind as well as professional!
It was a pleasure to have Maya helping us with our search for a new home. She was always helpful and engaging, nothing was too much trouble.

Charters, and specifically Jo Goddard and the team including Jonathan, Tilly and Storme, have been excellent throughout. It’s not been plain sailing (solicitors!) but we’ve been able to rely on Jo and the team to not simply chase and move things along, but also that they’ve been fully across every detail, every step of the way. They’ve nurtured high quality relationships with ourselves and our buyers and have provided an exceptional, professional experience for us all. Estate agents have a bad name - that’s because people haven’t used these guys. They’re brilliant, we’ll not use anyone else in future.

We purchased via Charters helpful on viewings but when it came to processing the conveyancing Jo in Southampton was super helpful getting the vendors to address some issues prior to completing the purchase.
