I ordered a boot mat for my MGS5 last week and it arrived today. It looks good and fits perfectly. Would recommend.
Considering I never got the mats and my tracking number was fake all I can say is they took my money.

Do not pay extra for the upgrade, the mats are thin and are very basic. I'd honestly say 20 pounds is enough to pay for the quality of the mats . Tey and send them back and they charge you for delivery.

Terrible customer service. I was sent the wrong boot liner (despite checking with the company via email in advance). Unfortunately I’m expected to send it back at my own cost, emails are now not being answered. I’ve sent photos of the incorrect boot liner but somehow it’s my responsibility to correct the mistake. Very poor customer service.

Excellent Service. The best company I have dealt with for a very long time. They are really friendly and helpful (just like the good old days) . Thoroughly recommend them to anyone wanting replacement car mats.

Order a boot line for a new Defender @£225 and received them promptly. However, I noticed that some of the seams were not straight and therefore the liner wouldn't fit and looked awful. Here is where the problem started! I called and was told to email Support with pictures which I did and received an email to say I would be contacted within 5 days!! How is 5 days acceptable? After 5 days I called and was told that the company was struggling with an internal issue and also they were a person down in Support. I called back after another three days and at the third attempt spoke to someone who said they hadn't had time to look at my email. I asked if they could review it and they said they would be in touch by the end of the day. I called again the next day and couldn't get through to anyone. The same happened the following day, so I emailed. IO received a response from Naomi, who ended up being my saviour. Naomi apologised and chased the person who had the email and then corresponded with me asking me to send back the mats so they could repair the seams that were wonky. I emailed to say that this would be visible and I would prefer a replacement. I was sent a voucher and packed the mats up and drove 8 miles to despatch them. And waited.... and waited. 10 days later I called and couldn't get a response so I emailed Naomi who called me and said they hadn't been received. I produced evidence from the tracking that they had and Naomi physically went to her despatch department and found my mats. Three days later I received them back, however only half of boot liner was delivered back.so I had to contact Naomi and after she chased once they sent the remainder of the boot liner. All the hassle was a real shame as the bootliner is fantastic. Also, full marks to Naomi to for all of her efforts.

I had ordered carmats from carmats uk for my new Honda Jazz as per their instructions I had provided the details and p;aid for it but when the mats arrived the size was correct but the holes which should fit the front seat holes were not exat but wider So i emailed them of the problem now they are asking me to return the mats at my expense for replacement

Appalling service Absolutely appalling service I ordered 2 sets of their mid quality mats on 5th July 2023 based on their quoted 3 - 5 working day despatch. I telephoned on 13th to be told they were going out that afternoon and I would receive an email with a tracking number. I then received an email on Friday saying my order had been despatched but still no tracking number was provided. I telephoned today to be told it hadn't been scanned by Yodel yet but I was given what turned out to be a meaningless reference number that Yodels system didn't recognise. When I was told my order, which I'd been told had been despatched on Friday was waiting for its first scan at Yodel, which would either be this after or tomorrow morning. Really for something that had allegedly been sent on Friday. I find it hard to believe in this day and age that when everything is done electronically that it would take so long to be entered on their system if they had my order. Absolutely appalling service from a company that I would not recommend or ever use again.

Orders my new car mats using my car registration . Opted for additional colour trim . Arrived and the mats don’t fit my car . Contacted car mats and explained and it turns out they have sent mats for the wrong model However as I had opted for a personalised colour trim ( which i paid extra for) they won’t accept returns or refund Offered me 40% discount to buy the correct mats for my car Unbelievably poor service Stay clear

Arrived, wrong pattern, pics taken and informed within the hour. 9 Days later someone asked for me to send pics?? resent original mail plus new pics and asked if 9 days to wait for a reply is acceptable? Reply was pithy and a bit rude so, To be honest life's to short to be having to put up with a poor attitude from someone that has done you a dis-service. Quick to take the money, NOT great at dealing with issues, your holidays are not my issue, the volume of emails your colleague has to get through again not my problem. In good faith I paid prior to getting a chance to check your product...9 days to reply as it was wrong really POOR..POOR..POOR Oh and the smell sheeeshhh!! me eyes are still watering everytime I get into me van
