This was my third purchase of 1kg of Calcium Orotate powder Paid $107.00 from America to Australia and received a package which was mainly rice flour,Does not dissolve in water but goes to a paste mixture, all you can see and taste is flour, sent an email but no reply, would give minus stars if I could, Do not buy from these pirates unless you like to lose your money. The powder is in the rubbish bin now the place bulk supplements should be as well.

My 14 year old has been taking this creatine for a few months. He has had emotional breakdowns, sleep deprivation, hallucinations (from the sleep deprivation). He was put in a mental hospital for a week due to psychosis. I whole-heartedly believe this creatine is a major contributor.

After taking the ahswaganda and American ginseng I literally had the driest mouth, double vision, projectile vomiting and a pounding headache. I thought it was a coincidence of just that day even tho double vision is extremely not normal, I then tried it again a week later and same exact symptoms again. These capsules are dangerous and there is something cut in them that they are hiding. I've never reacted this way to these herbs and have taken them for years. There's a reason why this is cheap and it's coz there's something cut in them to bring down the costs. Absolutely disgusting and someone needs to close this fraud company down before someone dies

They sell cheapest crap from China, they will send you the product from their local junkyard, when you try to return it, they will ask you to return that product to their US junkyard and only you have to bear the internation shipping cost which is sometimes more than their crappy product. On their website you will find most of fake reviews, you may find 1-2 slightly negative review just to give you impression that they are real. Once you clicked to buy their scrap there is no way out but financial loss, regret and suffer. So STAY AWAY from BulkSupplements.com

I have bought 1kg essential amino acids powder. The product is AWFULL, taste and smell made me vomit. I could only take it twice, 1/4 of the recommended dose, mixed with yogurt and honey etc. I wrote them back to refund me for the poor quality of the product because is money on the drain. They have sent me the certificate of quality, as if that could have changed the taste or smell in any way. Their solution: to refund the cost of the smallest amount of the product in stock and I should pay for shipping. Ridiculous! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM-EVER! And look at the answer below: more BS!

Fraudulently taking payments. Fraudulently signing me up for monthly payments i didnt consent to. Failure to provide confirmstion emails. Failure to send products purchased. Instead sending email, stating i had not ordered for sometime, despite 3 recent orders made, offering a discount code !!

I ordered some products a week ago and according to the location tracker they are still sat in the warehouse. Customer service won't respond and I can't cancel because the system is working on the pretence that the order is with the courier.

Monk Fruit Extract, disgusting brown stuff!!!! I only used a couple of spoonfuls on my cereal and a dessert and they became unedible!!! I've never tasted anything like this!! I requested a full refund and was told that I needed to pay the postage back to the US and I would get a small percentage as a refund. So of course it was not worth my while as I would be paying out about the same amount for the product again and of course they know this!!! It will be the last time I buy any products from Bulk Supplements. If they had given me a full refund and if they knew anything about good customer service, they would have had a great review from me!

I paid for an order of $140 and never got to receive it. I contacted customer support and they told me to wait until they finally stopped answering me. It's been almost 2 months since I paid. I guess the shipping company lost my package and bulksupplements doesn't want to take responsibility or give me a refund. I have to spending time now to report the dishonest, money driven business. I feel being cheated. I bought three items and returned all the three. (1) So far, 5 weeks has passed already, I HAVEN'T RECEIVED REFUND yet. (2) The Magnesium Glycinate Cap. ingredients contain magnesium oxide, which isn't good to health and the business doesn't disclose in their website product description. (3) Melatonin Softgels contains soybean oil which is I try to avoid due to allergy to my vision. So, I am very annoyed and angry to their business behaviors.

Extremely disappointing customer service. I received an email promoting free shipping on orders over $59, with no fine print or mention of terms and conditions. However, I was still charged for shipping despite meeting the minimum amount. When I reached out for clarification, my initial inquiry was ignored. After following up, they finally responded, only to inform me that the offer didn’t apply to Australia—something not mentioned anywhere in the email. Despite pointing out this misleading advertising, they made no effort to reimburse me or address the issue. Their lack of accountability and disregard for customers is appalling. I’ll be switching to a different brand—no company is worth the gaslighting and being ignored.

Purchased 3 products: Creatine, Beta Alanine and one Citruline DL-Malate. Opened the Beta Alanine and discovered small "larva", opend the Beta Alanine and discovered small "larva." Contacted customer service and asked for a phone call. I received emails telling me to send pictures of the packages, the original packing - material and the packing slip. Took a few pictures and then they asked for pictures of the larva. I asked for a phone number for me to text the pictures - no response. I emailed stating I would return the product at my expense and was not interested in a refund or replacement; just wanted their QC department to analyze. No response. I will pay for a lab to conduct an analysis to see what's going on. The Creatine seems fine - no larva.

id give it zero stars if I could. their customer service is HORRENDOUS, AND USELESS. they email you back with bullsht answers and if your product is being shipped out of US you're going to hate your life. tried ordering matcha and these MINDLESS people are telling me its going to take almost 6 months for my $300 refund to be processed? I hate this company. absolute waste of time , money, and energy. NO ONE ANSWERS THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE LINE EITHER. IT SAYS THEYRE WAITING FOR A REPRESENTATIVE BUT APPARENTLY THERE ARE NONE SO THEY MAKE YOU LEAVE A FKN VOICE MAIL. AND THEN NO ONE CALLS BACK.
