Generally Bad App
Generally, I have had nothing but the best price, quality, and service. One time I had the wrong product inside the bag labeled correctly for what I ordered. They looked at the photos, took the lot number & replaced the product. Things happen, and you try to fix. Today however after years of buying by the kilogram, I had seven-kilogram sized products to order, and I was planning on getting their much-advertised app, that would reward me with a 10% discount. Scanning the QR code just kept failing over and over. Then I gave up and downloaded the app elsewhere. The app itself was horrible. I am trying to order 7 items and the app only allows me to see two items. Then when I gave up and ordered the way I usually do on my desktop, the site repeatedly added one item as a monthly subscription. The service department lady tried to give me a discount code for all my trouble, but they all were codes I had already used. Service department folks have limited options, as do customers. This is the one I have left. A very bad review of the app, and a less satisfied experience with the site.
