Absolutely outstanding legal summary and litigation pads. We go through a lot of them, but because we need them to be robust in use in review, we don't buy the junk from most office supply dealers. Blumberg really takes care of us -- outstanding products, service, and packaging (never a bent page). As long as we're still putting pen to paper, Blumberg will be our go-to for practice supplies.

Attempted to make an account for ordering but issues arose and I was never able to access the account I created. Called and left a message that was never returned. When I called back again, I was given an email address to contact regarding the issue I was having with my account, no reply again. The next time I called someone was able to easily and quickly help me access my account which was great but also frustrating considering I had been reaching out for some time with out any resolution. In addition to that, the product I received was not the kit I wanted. The website was not clear that the kit I was trying to order, 2306, was out of stock. I was redirected to product 2304 and mistook that redirection on the website to simply mean the product numbers had changed.

The order was sent to our billing address instead of our shipping address.

The people at Blumberg are the best! They are prompt and courteous and do GREAT work!

We have always had a House account. When I placed the current order and charged it to the House account, the order was placed on hold. I was not contacted. Two weeks later, I found that the order was on hold when I checked the status of the order on-line. Joy replied to my email and took credit card information. The order was processed, but I did not receive the usual notification of shipment with a tracking number. A week after speaking with Joy, I again checked the status of the order on-line to find that the order was marked - cancelled. I called and spoke with Joy and she reassured me that the order had been processed and shipped (it arrived later that day)

I began placing orders since 2019. I sincerely appreciate their professional expertise. Ordering is easy and they take pride on getting the job done. Is never a hassle when returns or corrections are necessary. Orders arrive very quick even when your order is Personalized. Great Job Blumberg Team!!!
