Have been using blue ridge mountain rentals for a few years now and have never been disappointed!!!!
Blue Ridge Mountain Rentals made the home rental process so easy - from renting online, checking in, and checking out, things couldnāt have been easier! They even emailed within 8 hours of us checking in to make sure that everything was to our satisfaction.
Beautiful and comfortable cabin! Love the location, jacuzzi, and beds were comfy. Wish they had a xmas tree and a hamper upstairs. Also, wish they had a dressor or drawers by downstairs shower because it was much bigger. Not a deal breaker though and would definitely stay again!
This is probably the 10th time Iāve used Blue Ridge Mountain rentals and every time has been five star service. Their cabins are always in great condition and the service is unparalleled. Thatās why Iāve been using them for the last 15 years. 5-Star service !!
We stayed in Banner Elk and had a wonderful time! The property was clean and everything was as listed. No issues at all and plan to go back. Blue Ridge checked in the first day to make sure everything was fine too. Most of the negative reviews seem to be related to people not understanding cancellation policies so just read those carefully and enjoy the visit. Blue ridge was great to work with!

We had a question/issue with the cabin we rented. We called on our second day, no response back. I replied back to the text we got when we first got to the cabin, the only response I received was that it was referred to the Operations Team. This went on for several days. I finally talked to Angie who was extremely knowledgeable and polite and actually answered my question. She was the only one who was responsive from Blue Ridge and I appreciated it. The lack of responsiveness from your company is really unacceptable.
Great experience overall from start to finish. Nice little house that was well maintained and cozy. Pretty painless rental process as well.

I loved everything about the trip and cabin we chose. They decorated it for Christmas and it had enough room for everyone. Beautiful cabin, beautiful area and memories well made.

From the moment we enter to the moment we left it was wonderful priced and the accommodations were right on point. Company was great with communicating and we will be back for sure. It was so encouraging and stimulating to stay on the cabin and how everything was handled that weāre actually considering buying a cabin in that area also. Would love to know if this cabinet is up for sale
The house was nice but not as advertised. We had to wait 30 minutes at arrival to get in as the code given to us didn't work. The fire pit area which we were looking forward to using (we planned on s'mores!) was a mess. It didn't look as if it had been used in a LONG time. We had no wood and requested the bundles of wood and starter logs for 2 days which we were told came with the rental and never got it. The ping pong supplies were trashed (Paddles splintered and no rubber and balls busted) and we were unable to play which was another thing that attracted us due to having elementary age children with us. We had looked at a less expensive house and choose this one based on these 2 items and then were not even able to use them. Needless to say it was disappointing!
when arriving at lessons from Mars property, the trash bins were full and there was several trash bags in the driveway. We could not get in the front door found out later that the batteries were dead thank goodness we entered the second entrance. The house was dirty. The sheets were dirty. There were no pots and pans or glasses stocked in the kitchen. The hot tub was filthy as we were able to check it with the test strips that were left in the kitchen drawer. I called several times about the trash, not being picked up from the previous renters. The trash was never picked up and we had to pile our trash up on the balcony because we did not want to litter the mountain further. The glass oven burst the second day when we went to heat a pizza, Glass shattered everywhere in the kitchen, and there was no vacuum cleaner to vacuum it up only a broom, which did not get all the glass up. I reported this as well. The road to the house was not the description on the website. It was a total disaster and we have four-wheel-drive. There were work trucks on the roads every day that we tried to leave the house and return and had to wait 30 minutes before they would move. I could go on and on, but I will stop here too many complaints to complain about. This was our first bad experience with BRPR, the company has changed and taken on more homes than they can accommodate, customer service is down, prices are up and no one follows up with your stay.
