The cabin was just as advertised except the views were better than expected. Everything was in good shape and very comfortable. The communication prior to arrival was very good and helpful. A 4WD vehicle is definitely needed for this drive as strongly recommended. Checkout procedures were clear and easy. I would stay here again.

We will never rent from this company ever again everything was so nasty and disgusting! Hadn’t been cleaned up in God knows when we we have pictures to prove everything!

They go above and beyond to make sure you have a great experience and that the process is as seamless as possible and that you're comfortable and have what you need during your stay.

Majestic View Hideaway is a beautiful house! We did have a couple of issues, but BRMR took care of them promptly. This was the first time we had Thanksgiving on a vacation - and it was total relaxation.

5 STARS! This is the second time we stayed in this same cabin. It was like coming home for all of my family! There was something special about a familiar place! Always clean and well equipped. I love BRMR and all of the great communication about arriving and checking out.

Blue Ridge Rentals provided us timely information on arrival, check-in, and departure at New River Overlook. The house was clean, and everything was in its place. No complaints whatsoever. We commend the staff for the time and effort they made to find us a replacement house for our Thanksgiving vacation on short notice. Our original rental house had received hurricane damage and was not available. Blue Ridge came to the rescue, we booked the New River Overlook house, and we experienced a wonderful week in Ashe County.

BRMR is always a joy to work with. For this stay they reached out to us a day prior to our check-in and had to move us to another home as our original was inaccessible due to icy roads. They were quickly able to find us an available option that would accommodate our crowd of 13 and we were back on track in no time. Our new rental (Clouds Rest at Eagles Nest) was as described/pictured and we all had a lovely time. We’ve used this rental company several times in the past and will continue to do so.

We love above it all! Our family has been staying here for nearly 20 years. Our only complaint was that there seem to be fewer towels and sheets this year. Typically there have been extra towels for the hot tub and enough sheets to cover the pillows in the closet. This time the towels felt as though they were hung dry. They were very rough. The dryer was not working, so maybe that is the reason why. You may want to have your team check into that. Otherwise, everything was great.

We have had many great experiences renting with BRMR. They are always responsive if there is a need, the homes are consistent with what is advertised and we love the program they have for repeat customers.

Everything was perfect for our girls trip!

Lots of space! The hot tub and fire pit were lovely. They were quick to respond to any minor issues we reported.

The area we stayed in still had significant issues due to hurricane damage. We were able to overcome these but were limited when traveling aroound the area due to road outages. We stayed indoors almostthe entire week, played games, watched movies, and ate too much. It was great getting up in the morning with a cup of coffee and stare at the incredible view.

Foxtail Cabin at Thanksgiving was amazing.

They went above and beyond to make sure our stay was perfect. Zero problems. Zero complaints. We won’t use any other company!
