Ordered delivery but come to find they don't deliver here not only that. The restaurant never got an order. I went ordered and paid again. Asked for refund and only got partial refund claiming the fees go to pay drivers and their staff etc. Even though I received no service from them. So basically a scam!!!
I ordered from what I thought was mr chens nlr, but food came from lr Mr chens, I like nlr better. I tried to cancel but couldn't. Within minutes of my order. Ask help but help could not do anything.
they do not even offer delivery in my city, but charged my card and gave me a delivery time...only knew they do not offer this after calling restaurant an hour and a half later...
Another positive experience with Bite Squad ! Right on time ! I have used them many times and have not been let down yet !
The service is mostly good, however the added fees continue to escalate, will be looking at alternatives. Hate you seen the new Dominos commercials supporting alternative delivery service’s? Pretty real !
Not only could I not cancel the order because the location was out of items, they charged me full price eventhough the driver NEVER delivered anything to me. I filed a report with the BBB, FTC & my bank since they refused to refund my money which is theft.
The food was almost 2 hours late. The food was good and I got the full credit on my account. The driver was good. I put two stars, because I had to inquire 3 times about where the order was. This is something you or your app should be relaying to the customer.
The driver was AMAZING so friendly and very very nice! The food also came sooner then the delivery time!

Nine times out of ten its a bite squad issue not the restaurants issue .. Bitesquad will send or call the order in wrong.. and or show up late or not at all those really late pick ups .. which will now be cold.. Its bite squad that causes this... so QUIT blaming the resturants for cold, or late food deliveries..REMEMBER THEY ARE NOT GETTING TIPPED ONLY YOUR DRIVER GETS TIPPED!! So dont blame.... give a call to the restaurant first before calling bitesquad. They have screwed my orders up several times.. Viera Icecream hut will not accept my order due to bitesquad driver NEVER picking up.. twice. After spendig over 400 bucks on icecream in 3 months you would think theyd like my business... NOPE I called and the young lady working was so rude to me, yelling I didnt pick up my order. blah blah blah.. so ill never order for pick up or delivery from there again!! The Rockledge IceCream is even better!!
Just paid $79 to bite squad for a $51 pizza. Seriously? Deleted my brand new bite squad account First/Last order most definitely. Saw the $4.99 fee, but scroll down. There's another $20 in fees that ranged from "other fees" to "tip/extortion" of $9.00 and we're done. Just created the account and just deleted the account. Thanks, but if I wanted to pay another 50% on top of original order, I'd just give away half my paycheck on my own. Tip for consumers: Don't use Bite Squad for delivery. Just go down and pickup your $51 pizza. Why pay a grand total of $78.89 ??? That's into theft and/or extortion.
I placed this order for my mom. She was very happy when she received her order. It was on time and she said it was delicious.
Bite Squad is very consistent - they are terrible. Expect a two-hour process to get your delivery and the ETA will change multiple times. You cannot call them and if you chat with them, they might offer a partial credit - to your "Bite Squad account" to force you to order again. They were late, delivered incorrect food that was dripping all over everything and the best they could offer was a partial refund for food that was thrown away (photos sent to them).
My review in no way reflects the driver or delivery experience, she was very sweet & did the best she could. There is obviously an issue with the app & customer service is lacking
The Delivery Driver was very courteous. He introduced himself when I went to the door. He was a perfectly well mannered young man. With a very nice personality and a nice smile. He was a little earlier than what I was told. But that was perfectly fine. He was dressed very good for the job. You all need more nice, respectable, young men like him. He was very careful with the delivery because the food was not all pouring out of the bag. Plus all the food was in its exact compartment. GOOD JOB.!!!
Food was on point and great , delivery was fast but when we got our food , it was all spilt allover it was a big mess.
The gentleman who delivered the food was super sweet and attentive. Came on time, and he knew how to get it directly to us in the apartment building. I’m definitely going to use this service again!
The food came when it said it would. The only problem is the driver wasn't wearing a mask. 😳 Out of all the other delivery guys you are the most reliable! Thank you!
I used Bite Squad for the first time on Friday 12, 2022 to deliver an order from a local restaurant I have been to many times. The order was placed at 6:36PM and that part of the experience was fine. The rest of the service was a nightmare. They estimated delivery was between 7:45 and 8:45. By 8:20 it still had not arrived. I called the restaurant and naturally they could not help. However while on the phone with the restaurant manager, the person from Bite squad finally showed up at the restaurant to pick up my order. The restaurant is only a 5 minute drive from my house yet the driver did not arrive until about 8:35. She simply left my food order on the ground in front of my door and ran off. Not even the courtesy of ringing my doorbell to let me know it was there. Luckily I have a door cam and it notified me. I watched her on video and was amazed at her inconsideration. I guess collecting your tip in advance before you even pick up the order leaves no incentive for doing a good job, for being on time, to be considerate, or even ringing the doorbell and personally handing over the food order. Because of all that, my food order was cold and basically ruined. As I said, I have eaten at that restaurant many many times and always enjoyed the food and service so no fault to the restaurant at all except for the decision to allow this lousy service to deliver their orders.
