I have never in my life seen such a terrible user interface for a service. For starters I couldn’t get in using my password. Then I tried to reset it only to be greeted by a message it had already been reset in past 24hrs. Troubled, I go in to make sure someone hasn’t hacked my account only to be greeted by an email that due to security concerns my password would have to be reset. I then had to wait 5 minutes to reset my password I guess due to my recent attempts to reset the password only to find out that it was an automated system password reset I’m guessing due to length of time I had not used the service. I then went to add my card because the other had expired. A separate card adding option did not appear on my first try so I had to do it again which meant getting out of my order and doing the order again only to be greeted by an ever spinning process. I have never been so frustrated with a process in my life. I will never use your service again. I can only hope to warn those who may unfortunately stumble into this terribly inefficient process.
