Bite Squad

My small dog escaped and he helped me track her down the block until we could corner her. She's a terrier so she's gone when she escapes. Thanks so much to him!

My driver, or rather the driver that was dispatched when my account was hacked, his name was Reggie. He was excellent. If it had not been for Reggie contacting me I would not have known that Rueben bajaj at 4701 Gum Springs Rd Little Rock, Arkansas 72209 had hacked my account. Reggie, followed protocol and contacted me before delivery which allowed me to cancel payment on the order before my account was charged. However, the driver the following morning DID NOT contact me and before I got to the bank to cancel my card it was charged for an enormous breakfast for this same hacker.

Delivery driver was efficient and very timely. Even followed my directions on where to leave food!! Thank you!

Received my order from bite squad. However there was an item missing. Contacted them back to see about having a driver go back to the food establishment to get the item I was missing. They refused to do so. All they would offer was credit back to my account. This was not the first time I had been missing an item from my order with this delivery service. However I can guarantee this will be my last. I will never use that delivery service again.

Scheduled my order and it was over 30 min late.. I informed bite squad when they was 20 min late that I was at work and needed to cancel due to THEM being late and my break was almost over.. They would not give me a refund.. They said my order will be delivered some time today and only wanted to give me 10 back which was bs.. When we did get my food we had only 5 min left.. Worst delivery service ever.. I will stick with doordash..
