My order was made wrong and was cold to the touch so I contacted support. The customer service agent I talked to, Jam, was horrible. I was chatting with him for 40 minutes about my order that I did not eat because it was cold, made incorrectly, and missing ingredients. He continued to tell me to contact the actual restaurant to solve the issue even though I had been chatting with him for over 20 minutes at this point. I was just asking to be able to order something else since I did not eat my food and after 20 more minutes of discussion he offered me $5 for the inconvenience. Pretty pathetic. I’ll stick to DoorDash and you should too.
