First of all, I couldn't give a ThumbsDown because when I clicked on that button, I had a Plishing Warning so I'm here instead.
I made and order today and waited over 45 minutes and then I chatted with John T. He told me that the restaurant were busy and they blocked my order. I wasn't told until I started too CHAT, and I was told a credit will be applied to my account.
On my second order with a different restaurant, I found that when I was tracing, my order was stuck at "Verication" for about 20 minutes. I again chatted with someone and again, I was told that they didn't have enough drivers to delivery my order.
I've never had this problems before and I just wanted to let you know about the inconveniences it cause as we were prepared to have dinner and found both orders were cancelled.
Although I was given a credit, it really held us back from our dinner for a couple of hours, so decided to go out to eat. I felt the purpose of using Bite Squad is so we could relax at home and not have to drive out to find a place to eat.
Just needed to vent, and hope you will correct these problems I had when I tried to order. At least let us know in advance if either the restaurants are too busy to fill our order and if you don't have enough drivers.
