If I could give zero stars I would. I placed an order at 2:30 and was given an estimated delivery time of 3:15-3:30. At 3:30 I checked the status and it was still at the restaurant so I called them and was told the food has been ready for over 45 minutes waiting for a driver. I contacted bite squad was given $5 credits and told to "give the driver more time ." Again, at 4 pm I checked the status same result. I contacted bite squad again asking for my order to be cancelled and refunded not credits but refunded. I was placed on hold for over 15 minutes just for them to say oh sorry the driver just picked your order up we can't cancel it refund. So now the food is over an hour old and you expect me to eat it! Terrible customer service!!! Will never use them again!!!! If a driver wasn't available the order should not have been accepted! I work at a restaurant I know the process!
