Keep your expectations low……….
So I have had multiple bad experiences with Bite Squad. Everything from putting an order in, only to tell me 1 1/2 hours later the restaurant was closed, to having an order take close to 3 hours to arrive, to having missing items in the order, the food is almost always cold when it gets here etc. Not really sure why I’ve continued to use them. Tonight’s experience was actually ok. Food was delivered just about the time they estimated, however, we ordered tater tots with the burger and didn’t receive them. The food was basically cold and had to reheat. Funny that I now think that this experience was ok. I mean, compared to some of the other nightmares, it was. But I do not understand why the food is always cold. Aren’t there bags or something they are supposed to use for this purpose? Shouldn’t they be expected to use them? Driver was friendly. The food was good after reheating. Just keep your expectations low when utilizing this company and you should be ok.
