How can I give zero stars

How can I give zero stars. I placed an 0 Order 3 hours early with a deliver time of 4pm. Order was verified and ready at 3:30. Driver picked up at 4:22. Then 12 min later it's moving. In there wrong direction. 4:53 it has not moved. Then there is no customer service.
