Cancelling a Bitdefender auto-renewal

I am having great difficulty trying to cancel auto-renewal of a Premium VPN subscription with Bitdefender. Bitdefender want to renew at 100% rate when online they are advertising a 50% discount!!! Their "Contact Us" link constantly times out. What to do?

Had them for 5 years. The best protection, I have never had any PC issue and im online all the time. BUTTT last year, a staff use my debit card to purchase $400 of sport betting. Thank GOD my bank USAA blocked them for suspicious activity I wont be using them anymore since they are now $80 a year and the staff are thieves and NORTON 360 has a promotion for 15usd a year... yeah no brainer

Best Internet Protection Suite

The services are top notch for protecting my computer from all the dangers encountered on the internet. And when I need help adjusting something that is too complicated for me to figure out the tech support is always available with a minimum of wait time.

Sehr schlecht

Seit dem 26.08.2024 habe ich weiterhin erhebliche Probleme mit Bitdefender. Heute ist der 10.09.2024, und mein PC wurde mehrfach von Viren befallen, was dazu führte, dass ich das System bereits dreimal neu aufsetzen musste. Dennoch wurde mein PC erneut von Viren infiziert. Der Kontakt mit dem Support war eine absolute Katastrophe. Man erhält nach mehreren Tagen eine E-Mail mit einer vermeintlichen Lösung, die von jemandem stammt, der offensichtlich nicht ausreichend mit dem eigenen Programm vertraut ist. Das führt zu keiner wirklichen Problemlösung. Zusammenfassend ist sowohl das Antivirusprogramm als auch der Support sehr schlecht. Die Reaktionszeiten sind extrem langsam, und man muss sehr lange auf einen Lösungsvorschlag warten. Daher bin ich auf der Suche nach einem alternativen Antivirusprogramm, da Bitdefender meinen Erwartungen in keiner Weise gerecht wird.

Parfait.

Problème investigué puis résolu rapidement (un vieil abonnement en doublon à supprimer). A l'issue de l'étude du problème, l'abonnement à été annulé et le dernier prélèvement m'a été remboursé. La procédure totale à pris 3 ou 4 jours.

Sales pressure not thought out

Well all was corrected and a refund made quickly by Bitdefender but I ask why put these adverts in the way of trying to carry out annual renewal. They have add Bitdefender to your phone advert preventing further progress in Bitdefender Central. Thus to me is as bad as a virus.
